Objective

HUMIRA Complete Answers Facebook page is HUMIRA Complete’s dedicated social page where patients can ask questions, learn, and engage with fellow HUMIRA patients. The Facebook page had a solid following but engagement was low and patients were not utilizing the 24/7 support HUMIRA Complete offers through it’s Facebook Messenger service. The page needed a refresh in content, their social campaigns were bright and animated but not very engaging and didn’t align with the brand’s tone or it’s look and feel.

SOlution

With defined content pillars and a content strategy rooted in driving awareness to the resources that Complete offers, we created animated video campaigns that informed patients of the array of resources that Complete has to offer as well as the 24/7 support patients can access through Facebook Messenger. With a new strategy and a new look and feel to the videos we boosted engagement on the HUMIRA Complete Answers page by 55%.
