Objective

Email is a critical channel for reaching patients throughout their treatment journey– especially as more content becomes digitized. NAMBs (Nurse Ambassadors) use VEEmail to stay connected and check-in with their patients; send helpful brochures, guides, links and training videos; and answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Since the current VEEmail template was expiring across brands (HUMIRA/SKYRIZI/RINVOQ) we had the opportunity to optimize and meet the evolving needs of its senders and recipients. 

SOlution

Working closely with the UX team, we created a “master” email template Complete NAMBs can use to offer the needed support and guidance to their patients. The new template is meant to provide an architecture that is cohesive and simple to understand from subject line to the ISI – across topic covers. The updates better accommodate things like greater flexibility for varied email content, a cleaner and more modern interface and an increase in engaging features.
